LESSON/PRINCIPLE

Our coaching program guides our clients through seven principles that will propel them to new heights of performance, sales volume, and profitability. You need to understand and apply each of these principles in order to grow as a professional sales person. These principles are:

  1. NO EXCUSES: Don’t expect results from excuses. BE 100% RESPONSIBLE. “When you blame others, you give up the most powerful of your powers of all, the power to change.”-Unknown. The two main excuses for real estate agents are: “I don’t have time” & “I don’t have money”
  2. VALUE. The only way to increase your income is to increase your value in the market place. We as top producers don’t sell we teach. We also know that in order for business to keep growing we must keep learning. In order to grow ourselves and our business we must persue long life learning.
  3. FOCUS. By focusing in one area you will create oportunities in many other areas
  4. THE COMPRESSION EFFECT. Figure out what you have to do in 365 days, compress those activities into 90 days, and watch your business take off. The same principle applies to the fastest airplanes in the world–in order to take off they have to, first, compress.
  5. THE ONE THING: What is the one thing that, if you do it every day, will dramatically change your business for the better?
  6. EXECUTION: “Having a dream or a goal is great; having a plan and taking action is essential for success.”
  7. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. If you don’t take care of yourself financially, mentally, physically, and spiritually then, who will?
