This was a very very interesting interview that gave me and reinforce the idea about the perspectives for Miami as an important city, and also about this huge project.
I learned to accentuate every imaginable amenity when attracting perspective buyers to my farm area. Also I learned to focus on gaining more insight, information and knowledge about my farm area. As I look to list this will be instrumental in convincing sellers to list with me.
Very good Clifford the key is to as you said ” learned to focus on gaining more insight, information and knowledge about my farm area” content is king. Make sure you develop the first 5 questions in the “Content is King Document” here is the link, just in case https://v1.montielorganization.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/11/4.-HOW-TO-CREATE-CONTENT.pdf.
But before you go to module #2 make sure you understand and internalize modules 00 and 1
Another great interview with an amazing visionary. Very interesting on seeing all what seems to very little things that make huge projects like this be as astonishing as they are. It is all on the details, and they seemed to have think of them all. Gracias
