Excellent interview with a smart, class act.
Very interesting interview with Nancy Batchelor…
Very interesting interview! Thanks a lot to Nancy Batchelor for sharing her experience and as always to Orlando for his good work,
2nd time watching this as a refresher….so I guess the “Practice and Repetition” fits perfect (there are a lot of similar questions and situations; so with better scripts and practice, you can be better prepared with responses even if it’s tailored to each client a little different in a more organic way).
Plus I like the fact she confirms regarding continuing to market even during a down market (or slow market in our case currently).
Great interview once again..
Thank you Peter…. Consistency is the key to marketing success
FOUR THINGS I LEARNED
1. Marketing is the life line to our business.
2. Build a professional, but also an intimate, rapport/relationship with your clients.
3. Maintain relationships after the transaction is over, stay engaged with your clients.
4. Find ways to incorporate your personal passions into your business.
