    Hi Orlando,

It was a pleasure speaking with you today. I want you to know that I truly appreciate you reaching out to me today. It demonstrated how much you care and shows how concerned you are about my success in real estate and more importantly “LIFE.”

I wanted to know if there is a digital copy of the weekly planner that you could send to me? I would like to use your method and type in activities, names of clients to contact, successes, things to practice and so on. If it is available how do I access it?

    Thanks,

    Cliff Felder

Hello Orland. I have read “The 12 Week Year” and “The Miracle Morning” per your instructions. Now I really need Weekly Accountability Meeting partners and are there any members that are looking for partners to practice objection handlers and closing scripts with?

2- the idea is the become the agent of choice in your clients minds
3- time is not an issue, is the way we use time
    4- 3 steps to a succesfull business ( 1- expectation 2- knoledge 3 – Execution
5- we set up a plan base on obajective
    6- NEVER MULTITASK
7- Look for progression no perfection

    Hello Orlando,

It was mentioned in session #2 that there is a “live” session on mondays at 9:45am. How do we connect or login to the session? Do we need an invite? Let me know when you have a moment. Also, is there a digital blank sample of the Weekly Planner? Thank you!

    Comment & Question:

Due to holidays, we will be behind on our 10 am Monday follow up meetings for Sessions #1, #2 and #3 it seems. How will we be making up those 3 meetings?

I enjoyed the information on Session#2, however, it seems we were to have a visual of you (I believe) and that was not the case. The screens were moving ahead while we were still on the previous topics, in some cases (fyi)…

One thing I learned: Breaking the workload up into 60-90 minute batches and small breaks in between to regroup is a great way to manage the workload.

To organize my time I will use the 90 Day Plan, Weekly Planner, and Magic Paper. This will help me realize my goals and hold myself accountable. To improve my income producing activities I will start time blocking for calls and e-mails.

    Key Point For Time Management
    1. The day starts the night before.
    2. Work in batches of 60-90 minutes.
    3. Don’t try to manage your time, manage your use of time.

    Topic: organization vs. elimination

How can I identify the things or activities that I should eliminate.

Most of us have a todo list or Calendar for our daily activities, both personal and professional. Once you create your list invest about 5-7 minutes identifying 1. What you can delegate
    2. What you can eliminate from your list

I used a very simple software call todoledo.com it syncs with my phone and desktop and allows me to sort the important things and delete the ones that are not important.

For the ladies of the group:
I started using a small size journal as the “Magic Paper”. I don’t usually have back pockets so I had to put my “magic paper” in my handbag where it was getting lost. I had a hard time finding it because it was a tiny paper among many other things. Now I find my little red book very easily. Have a great month !!!
