      How often do I communicate with a renter so they call me when they’re ready to buy.

      Doris, strange……you can’t see anything, we will take a look at it.

      Either way, follow-up is very simple and this is the shortest module in the entire platform.

      Follow up is not complicated, you either follow up or you don’t. Some people use CRM’s most agents don’t. Follow up has more to do with discipline and organization than a particular technique.

      I’ll create a video to answer this question for you next week.

      I guess my biggest problem with following up is what is the threshold if when you are being a great Realtor at following up and being organized,
      as opposed to annoying the prospect?
